About the job Customer Service Representative<br />We're looking for a reliable, computer savvy Call Center Representative. Must be outgoing, friendly and have strong communication/phone skills<br /><br />Daily duties will entail handling customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints as well as scheduling. Researching required information using available resources. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems. Following up complicated customer calls where required.<br /><br />GREAT BENEFITS!
