Job Overview<br />The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.<br /><br />Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br />To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.<br /><br />Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule<br /><br />Operate motorized cleaning equipment<br /><br />Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area<br /><br />Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor<br /><br />Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures<br /><br />Perform work assignments in a team with other employees<br /><br />Maintain clean work area<br /><br />Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules<br /><br />Take direction and respond to supervision<br /><br />Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner<br /><br />Fill in during staff shortage<br /><br />Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items<br /><br />Use proper personal protective equipment<br /><br />Present a professional appearance and conduct<br /><br />Understand customer service and satisfaction<br /><br />Understand reporting systems and the environment<br /><br />Qualifications<br />To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.<br /><br />No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<br /><br />May need a valid driver’s license; completed all safety and task‑training certifications. Forklift certification may be required.<br /><br />Bilingual a plus.<br /><br />Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.<br /><br />Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br /><br />Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and willingness to share with team.<br /><br />Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.<br /><br />Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe, efficient use.<br /><br />Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment<br /><br />Requires frequent sitting and talking or listening; ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.<br /><br />Work environment includes frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and motorized equipment.<br /><br />Compensation &amp; Shift<br />Monday‑Friday, 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM. Pay range: $20 – $21 per hour.<br /><br />Benefits<br />Full‑time employees are eligible for SBM’s benefit packages, which include health, dental, vision, and other standard benefits.
