With 30+ years of clinical research, Biosil sits at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and longevity - offering a smarter alternative to traditional collagen supplements.<br /><br />Role Overview<br />Biosil is seeking a highly versatile Graphic Designer &amp; Multimedia Editor to own day-to-day creative production across digital, retail, trade, and experiential marketing.<br /><br />This role is design-forward and execution-driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing graphic assets across all brand touchpoints - including retail collateral, trade show materials, event signage, paid media, social content, and email creative.<br /><br />In addition to graphic design, this person will lead post-production and editing for video content, transforming raw footage from shoots, influencers, and events into polished, performance-ready assets.<br /><br />AI integration is a core component of this role, with the expectation of producing multiple fully AI-generated creative assets per month to support social and paid campaigns.<br /><br />This individual will play a critical role in shaping Biosil’s visual identity across both physical and digital environments.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Graphic Design<br />Own and execute graphic design across all brand channels, including:<br /><br />Retail collateral (shelf talkers, PDQs, endcaps, displays)<br /><br />Trade show and expo materials (booth graphics, signage, backdrops, print collateral)<br /><br />Event assets (flyers, signage, experiential elements, branded moments)<br /><br />Sales decks, one-pagers, and wholesale materials<br /><br />Out-of-home creative<br /><br />Website and landing page visuals<br /><br />Email and newsletter graphics<br /><br />Paid media creative<br /><br />Social media static and motion graphics<br /><br />Additional responsibilities<br /><br />Maintain strict adherence to Biosil’s brand guidelines and visual identity<br /><br />Ensure cohesive, premium execution across digital and physical touchpoints<br /><br />Prepare print-ready files with proper specs and production standards<br /><br />Adapt creative for multiple formats, placements, and platform requirements<br /><br />Manage revisions, versioning, and campaign rollouts<br /><br />Video &amp; Motion<br /><br />Edit short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media<br /><br />Transform raw footage into polished, on-brand, performance-optimized assets<br /><br />Create motion graphics, animated typography, overlays, and light animations<br /><br />Repurpose long-form content into social-first cutdowns and paid-ready formats<br /><br />Support campaign launches, product drops, and events with video deliverables<br /><br />AI &amp; Creative Innovation<br /><br />Utilize AI tools to create imagery, motion, and video assets for social and paid campaigns<br /><br />Produce multiple fully AI-generated creative pieces per month<br /><br />Leverage AI for:<br /><br />Campaign concept visuals<br /><br />Image and motion generation<br /><br />Video enhancement<br /><br />Creative testing and rapid iteration<br /><br />Stay current on emerging AI tools and trends in creative production<br /><br />Integrate AI thoughtfully while maintaining a premium, brand-consistent aesthetic AI usage is an expected and measurable part of this role.<br /><br />Collaboration &amp; Execution<br /><br />Partner closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (social, affiliate, PR, trade)<br /><br />Support product launches, retail initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and events<br /><br />Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment<br /><br />Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate quickly<br /><br />Help elevate Biosil’s creative output across all consumer and trade touchpoints<br /><br />Qualifications<br />3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a similar creative role<br /><br />Strong portfolio demonstrating:<br /><br />Retail and print design<br /><br />Trade show or experiential creative<br /><br />Digital and paid media assets<br /><br />High-quality video editing and motion work<br /><br />AI-generated or AI-enhanced creative<br /><br />Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)<br /><br />Experience preparing files for professional print production<br /><br />Demonstrated professional use of AI creative tools<br /><br />Strong understanding of social-first and paid media creative best practices<br /><br />Excellent organization and time management skills<br /><br />Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally<br /><br />Bonus Points<br /><br />Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands<br /><br />Experience designing retail displays or trade show booths<br /><br />Familiarity with Shopify, email platforms, or paid media specs<br /><br />Experience supporting influencer, affiliate, or UGC programs<br /><br />Why Biosil<br /><br />Be part of a growing, science-backed beauty and wellness brand<br /><br />Work closely with leadership and have a direct impact on the brand’s visual identity<br /><br />Opportunity to experiment, innovate, and help shape the future of Biosil’s creative output<br /><br />401k, medical, dental and vision benefits<br /><br />Hybrid work model<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
