Position Summary: As a CSR at 613 Originals, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our production team. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our clients receive outstanding service and support.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br /><br />Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat<br /><br />Identify and assess customer needs to provide the best solutions<br /><br />Deliver accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and resources<br /><br />Manage complaints and offer timely resolutions, following up to ensure satisfaction<br /><br />Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through clear and professional communication<br /><br />Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies<br /><br />Requirements:<br /><br />Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative<br /><br />Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br /><br />Strong phone presence and active listening abilities<br /><br />Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently<br /><br />Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or screen or offset printing is a plus<br /><br />High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
