Content Creator & Designer

Genesis Marketing is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator / Marketing Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple creative formats, from email newsletters and social media graphics to website visuals and digital ad campaigns.<br />Our agency works with automotive dealers and other regional brands, creating fast-paced marketing content that drives results. The ideal candidate is a strong designer who can also support photography, video, and general content creation.<br />Responsibilities Design email newsletters and promotional campaigns<br />Create social media graphics and posts<br />Design website graphics, including homepage sliders and promotional banners<br />Develop graphics for automotive promotions and sales events<br />Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign concepts<br />Maintain consistent brand standards across client accounts<br />Assist with on-site photography and videography for clients when needed<br />Edit photos and short-form videos for marketing use<br />Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment<br />Preferred Skills Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)<br />Experience designing email marketing graphics<br />Understanding of social media formats and best practices<br />Basic photography and videography skills<br />Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)<br />Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality<br />Strong attention to detail<br />Bonus Skills Automotive industry experience<br />Motion graphics or animation<br />Experience with marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)<br />Basic copywriting ability<br />What We’re Looking For Creative thinker with strong design instincts<br />Highly organized and deadline-driven<br />Team player who enjoys collaborative work<br />Someone who takes pride in creating polished, effective marketing content<br />Full-time<br />In-office based in Spokane, Washington<br />Compensation: $50,000<br />To Apply Please submit the following to our Owner, Mary Kae Repp and our Creative Director, John Rawley, by emailing us both at:<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
