Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative K&amp;G Fashion Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering a world‑class shopping experience. Immediate openings are available.<br />Key Responsibilities Handle all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions while following standard operating procedures and securing cash and negotiable documents.<br />Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and respond to inquiries and needs.<br />Assist with merchandise replenishment, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and monitoring floor stock and fitting‑room areas.<br />Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, POS instructions, promotions and advertisements.<br />Qualifications Strong customer‑service orientation and a culture of customer obsession.<br />Desire to learn and adapt to new programs and processes.<br />Good communication and teamwork skills; able to consult with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.<br />Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.<br />Climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.<br />Be able to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.<br />Pay and Benefits Pay range: $17.00 – $21.25 per hour.<br />Competitive hourly rates and flexible schedules.<br />Tuition reimbursement.<br />Generous employee discount on first purchase and ongoing discounts at any Tailored Brands store.<br />Equal Employment Opportunity K&amp;G is an equal‑employment‑opportunity employer.
