This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities who are eager to build a successful career in business analysis and consulting.<br />The selected candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Gather, analyze, and document business requirements<br />Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams<br />Assist in business process improvement and workflow optimization<br />Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation<br />Support reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis activities<br />Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions<br />Perform gap analysis, UAT testing, and requirement validation<br />Create presentations, reports, and business insights for leadership teams<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br />Minimum qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, MBA, or related field<br />0–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or related domain<br />Strong verbal and written communication skills<br />Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities<br />Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies<br />Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<br /><br />Preferred Skills<br />Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or reporting tools<br />Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce<br />Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment<br />Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
