Job Description<br />Position Purpose: Kitchen Designers at The Home Depot help customers turn their kitchen and bath dreams into reality. They greet and engage customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the design process—offering “good, better, best” options, samples, and expert advice on products, services, and installation. Designers use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers, set clear expectations, and provide tailored solutions for every project, whether they’re DIYers or working with professionals. They advocate for customers by highlighting current promotions, financing options, and the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors. They also ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well‑stocked, creating a welcoming and safe shopping environment.
