Customer Service Representative

Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative.<br /><br />$19.00 per hour<br /><br />Manage relationship of our customer base<br /><br />Meet daily and weekly sales calls and goals<br /><br />Meet customers, when requested<br /><br />Other duties as assigned<br /><br />Normal office environment<br /><br />Must be willing to work on Sundays<br /><br />Qualifications<br />Minimum Experience and Qualifications:<br /><br />High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma<br /><br />Six (6) months of Customer Service experience<br /><br />Bilingual (fluent in English &amp; Spanish) a plus<br /><br />Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required<br /><br />Excellent communications skills<br /><br />Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail<br /><br />Strong analytical skills<br /><br />Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices<br /><br />Preferred Experience and Qualifications:<br /><br />One (1) year of experience<br /><br />Experience with Retalix, Extend Data, Ibright GPS Tracking system a plus<br /><br />Employee Expectations:<br /><br />Regular attendance and punctuality<br /><br />Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice<br /><br />Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee(s) assigned to this position.
