As a key representative of SmartBear, a software company specializing in DevOps, APIs, and software quality, you will own relationships with major analyst firms.<br />Why This Role Stands Out Lead and co-create SmartBears global Analyst Relations strategy.<br />Reinvent and scale the AR program, driving measurable impact on market positioning.<br />Own and manage relationships with key analyst firms, serving as a primary orchestrator.<br />Drive end-to-end execution of major analyst evaluations like Magic Quadrants and Waves.<br />Who This Role Is For An experienced Analyst Relations professional with 6-8+ years in B2B SaaS.<br />Someone with a proven track record of influencing analyst perception with firms like Gartner and Forrester.<br />A strategic thinker capable of building and scaling data-driven AR programs.<br />A credible representative with technical depth in DevOps, APIs, and software quality.<br />An individual with strong editorial and storytelling skills for analyst-ready narratives.<br />What Youll Do Co-create and execute a global Analyst Relations strategy with marketing leadership.<br />Own and manage relationships with key analyst firms and orchestrate engagements.<br />Reinvent and scale SmartBears AR program to drive measurable impact.<br />Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and PR to align analyst engagement.<br />Lead end-to-end execution of major analyst evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves).<br />Act as the final quality owner for analyst-facing content, refining messaging.<br />Define, track, and report on AR KPIs, continuously improving program effectiveness.<br />What Were Looking For 6-8+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or B2B SaaS roles.<br />Proven success managing relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.<br />Experience owning major analyst evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves).<br />Ability to independently engage analysts with technical depth in DevOps, APIs, and software quality.<br />Strong editorial and storytelling skills for high-quality analyst deliverables.<br />Experience building data-driven Analyst Relations programs.
