The role serves as the line SME for area SOPs and identifies improvements to processes, equipment and automation to optimize manufacturing.<br /><br />CMO Area Specialist I<br /><br />Lead and oversee small teams of 5–25 members<br /><br />Schedule team members to meet production targets<br /><br />Serve as SME for SOP updates and equipment/process changes<br /><br />Partner with training peers to conduct training<br /><br />Spend 50% of the day in manufacturing areas<br /><br />Coordinate activities with other departments to achieve schedule completion<br /><br />Participate in RCAs, CAPAs, Change Controls and other improvement projects<br /><br />CMO Area Specialist II<br /><br />All responsibilities of Specialist I<br /><br />Minimum 2 years in the role<br /><br />Drives production by achieving turnaround targets<br /><br />Effectively keep people on task<br /><br />Fluent in SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire<br /><br />Annual high-performance rating 3+ or greater<br /><br />CMO Senior Area Specialist<br /><br />All responsibilities of Specialists I and II<br /><br />Minimum 5 years in the role<br /><br />Drives production by exceeding turnaround targets and training metrics<br /><br />SME in SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire<br /><br />Annual high-performance rating 3+ or greater<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent<br /><br />Lean principle certification (Six Sigma or equivalent) desired<br /><br />Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience<br /><br />Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint<br /><br />Experience with SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl<br /><br />Respirator clearance required<br /><br />Experience Requirements<br /><br />Area Specialist II: minimum 2 years in role or equivalent experience<br /><br />Senior Area Specialist: minimum 5 years in role or equivalent experience<br /><br />Employment type – on‑site, full‑time position located in Spokane, WA.<br /><br />Hiring Wage &amp; Shift Differential<br /><br />Area Specialist I: $38/hr (dependent on experience) with potential for growth and annual raises<br /><br />Area Specialist II: $41/hr (dependent on experience) with potential for growth and annual raises<br /><br />Senior Area Specialist: $44/hr (dependent on experience) with potential for growth and annual raises<br /><br />Shift differential pay available for selected shifts<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts<br /><br />Life, AD&amp;D, Short and Long Term Disability<br /><br />401(k) with company match<br /><br />Generous paid time off plan<br /><br />Employee Assistance Program<br /><br />Company: Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
