Mandatory Skills: ETL, SQL, Azure Cloud<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.<br /><br />Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.<br /><br />ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.<br /><br />Database Management: Manage and maintain SQL and Teradata databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.<br /><br />Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.<br /><br />Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce best practices for data quality, data governance, and data security.<br /><br />Performance Tuning: Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques.<br /><br />Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and system configurations.<br /><br />Required Skills and Qualifications<br /><br />Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br /><br />Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.<br /><br />Technical Skills:<br /><br />Proficiency in ETL tools and processes.<br /><br />Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.<br /><br />Extensive experience with Teradata, including database design and management.<br /><br />Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.<br /><br />Knowledge of other database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) is a plus.<br /><br />Soft Skills:<br /><br />Excellent leadership and team management skills.<br /><br />Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<br /><br />Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<br /><br />Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
