This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring security technologies, serving as an escalation point in the SOC in monitoring systems for threats, and responding to security incidents.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br /><br />Client Engagement:<br />Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and objectives.<br />Provide recommendations for security improvements based on industry best practices and client-specific needs.<br />Showcase security technology and continuous improvement of security posture.<br />Solution Design and Implementation:<br />Design and implement security solutions such as endpoint detection and response (EDR), security information and event management (SIEM), secure access service edge (SASE), vulnerability and compliance solutions (VCM), and others.<br />Configure and deploy security technologies according to industry standards and best practices.<br />Integrate security solutions into client environments while considering scalability, performance, and ease of management.<br />Security Operations:<br />Assist Security Operation Center (SOC) staff to monitor security systems and tools for suspicious activities, security alerts, and potential threats.<br />Serve as escalation point to assist in investigating security incidents, determine root causes, and recommend remediation actions.<br />Manage and maintain security infrastructure, ensuring availability, reliability, and optimal performance.<br />Develop and maintain SOC specific use cases for various technologies.<br />Incident Response and Remediation:<br />Assist in developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures.<br />Coordinate incident response efforts during security breaches or incidents.<br />Execute containment, eradication, and recovery activities to minimize impact and restore normal operations.<br />Document post-incident lessons learned and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences.<br />Security Compliance and Reporting:<br />Ensure client environments comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).<br />Generate and deliver regular security reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.<br />Assist clients in responding to security audits and compliance assessments.<br />Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br />Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc., are preferred.<br />Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions in complex environments.<br />Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.<br />Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.<br />Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.<br />Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to security incidents.<br />Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.<br />Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br />Additional Considerations: Senior Security Analyst may need to work outside regular business hours to respond to security incidents or perform maintenance activities.<br />Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged to maintain relevant skills and certifications.<br />Compensation:<br /><br />Compensation is based on level of experience by the candidate aligned to market value.<br /><br />Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all responsibilities and duties that may be assigned.<br /><br />#PRO123<br /><br />Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree<br />Additional Information / Benefits More information available upon hiring<br />Dental Insurance<br />Paid Sick Days<br />Vision Insurance<br />Medical Insurance<br />Life Insurance
