We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented Accounting &amp; Operations Coordinator who takes pride in clean financials, understands the importance of job costing across both residential and commercial projects, and wants to work with a team that actually cares about doing things right.<br /><br />This is not a purely administrative role. We’re looking for someone who can own the AP/AR process, manage recurring billing, and ensure our financial data in SimPRO and QuickBooks is airtight.<br /><br />What You’ll Be Doing<br /><br />Managing Accounts Receivable, ensuring progressive invoices and final payments are issued and collected on time for both residential and commercial clients<br /><br />Managing Accounts Payable, verifying vendor bills against purchase orders before payment<br /><br />Processing and managing recurring billing for our high‑end Hive Care Optimization Plans<br /><br />Ensuring accurate job costing and margin tracking within SimPRO<br /><br />Reconciling bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks<br /><br />Assisting the Director of Finance with weekly flash reports and month‑end close preparation<br /><br />Coordinating with the Service and Project Management teams to ensure all billable hours and materials are captured<br /><br />Handling light operational duties, including vendor communications and onboarding paperwork<br /><br />Serving as a professional, friendly point of contact for client billing inquiries<br /><br />What We’re Looking For<br /><br />Have 2–5 years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting coordination experience<br /><br />Have experience with QuickBooks (SimPRO experience is a massive plus)<br /><br />Take pride in tracking down discrepancies and protecting company margins<br /><br />Understand progressive billing and job costing (construction or trades experience is highly preferred)<br /><br />Can communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients, commercial general contractors, and premium vendors<br /><br />Want to grow your financial skills, not just punch a clock<br /><br />Not a fit if<br /><br />You dislike detailed work or leave loose ends in reconciliations<br /><br />You prefer chaotic environments where “close enough” is acceptable<br /><br />You need constant supervision to follow up on unpaid invoices<br /><br />Pay &amp; Benefits<br /><br />$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience<br /><br />Full‑time, steady work in a professional office environment<br /><br />Health, dental, and vision insurance<br /><br />Paid time off<br /><br />Opportunity for advancement as the company grows<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
