Sales Development Representative

<p><strong>SDR - AI Hiring Platform | Brooklyn, NY (4 days office, Fridays WFH)</strong></p><p><strong>$75K base + $15K uncapped commission ($90K OTE)</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>This AI company helps brands like Delta, Abercrombie, H&amp;M and Sephora hire at scale while keeping interviews fair and unbiased. They launched in the US a year ago and are already at multi-million dollar revenue.</p><p><br /></p><p>The current team of 4 SDRs is beating target, and one took home $14,000 in commission last quarter. Every BDR who joined in the past year is being promoted, and as they move into Commercial AE roles, 4 new BDRs are being hired.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role is based in their WeWork office in Brooklyn and they go in 4-days a week with Friday being the work from home day.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><ul><li>Prospect the world’s biggest brands and book meetings with senior HR and Talent leaders</li><li>Work outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn and events in Orlando, Vegas and across North America</li><li>Report to the SDR Manager and VP Sales, and learn directly from a founder who still closes deals and invests heavily in the BDR team</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What’s on offer</strong></p><ul><li>$75K base + $15K uncapped commission</li><li>21 days PTO + public holidays</li><li>401K + health insurance</li><li>A clear path to Commercial AE within about a year</li><li>Weekly lunch with the Founder and a company trip to Europe twice a year</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Who they’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Tenacious, competitive and resilient. A sporting background is a plus.</li><li>Strong communicator who’s motivated by targets</li><li>Some professional experience.
