Compensation Benefits Analyst

<p><strong>Anticipated duration</strong>: October 2026- July 2027</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and validate monthly employee and compensation data within labor mix models.</li><li>Update labor mix reports using month-end fiscal data.</li><li>Analyze workforce composition, salary levels, headcount changes, and compensation trends across business units.</li><li>Identify variances, trends, and opportunities within labor cost and workforce data.</li><li>Prepare accurate reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and compensation decisions.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple reporting tools and systems.</li><li>Take ownership of existing Microsoft Excel workbooks and understand underlying data sources, formulas, and calculations.</li><li>Troubleshoot, improve, and enhance existing labor mix models and reporting processes.</li><li>Partner with Finance, HR, Compensation, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.</li><li>Assist in the ongoing development and evolution of labor mix reporting tools and methodologies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in workforce analytics, compensation analysis, financial analysis, HR reporting, or a related analytical role.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:</li><li>Pivot Tables</li><li>VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP</li><li>Index/Match</li><li>Complex formulas and data validation</li><li>Data analysis and reporting</li><li>Experience managing and maintaining complex spreadsheets and data models.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and variances.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li></ul><p><br /></p>
