<p><strong>Accounts Payable Specialist (NetSuite Experience Required)</strong></p><p><strong>Engine &amp; Accessory, Inc. – Miami, FL</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>Position Overview</p><p>Engine &amp; Accessory, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to take full ownership of the accounts payable process.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our Controller by handling all day-to-day AP functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite and can manage the full AP cycle independently, while working within an approval structure.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (Primary Focus)</p><p>- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely within NetSuite</p><p>- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)</p><p>- Maintain and organize vendor records and documentation</p><p>- Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, credit cards)</p><p>- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</p><p>- Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments</p><p>- Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and payment status</p><p>- Full cycle AP process</p><p>- Willing to take on other responsibilities.</p><p><br /></p><p>Process &amp; System Accuracy</p><p>- Ensure all transactions are coded correctly to pertinent GL accounts</p><p>- Assist in maintaining clean and accurate financial data in NetSuite</p><p>- Identify and help resolve inefficiencies in AP workflow</p><p>- Support internal controls and approval processes</p><p><br /></p><p>Support to Controller</p><p>- Assist with month-end close related to AP accruals.</p><p>- Provide reporting and backup documentation as needed</p><p>- Work under the direction of the Controller for approvals and process improvements</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- Required: 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience</p><p>- Required: Hands-on experience with NetSuite</p><p>- Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls</p><p>- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</p><p>- High attention to detail and accuracy</p><p>- Ability to manage high invoice volume efficiently</p><p>- Strong organizational and communication skills</p><p><br /></p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p>- Someone who can own the AP process end-to-end</p><p>- Not just data entry — someone who understands how AP impacts the business</p><p>- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight</p><p>- Able to prioritize and keep things moving without constant direction</p><p><br /></p><p>Compensation</p><p>Competitive salary based on experience ($45,000 – $55,000)</p><p>Benefits package available</p><p><br /></p><p>About Engine &amp; Accessory, Inc.</p><p>Engine &amp; Accessory, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of custom truck equipment, including vacuum trucks, fuel trucks, waste oil collection systems, water trucks, and Rampstar aviation refueler chassis.
