Experience & Content Specialist

<p><strong>As of October 8th, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation, Experience &amp; Content Specialist to join its Business Development team. This role will work closely with attorneys and the wider Business Development team, responsible for: </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining and updating matter records within the firm’s experience database.</li><li>Drafting and editing matter descriptions, representative experience lists, and case summaries for pitches, proposals, and RFPs.</li><li>Preparing tailored experience lists and assist with pitch and proposal materials.</li><li>Supporting legal directory submissions.</li><li>Collaborating across multiple departments to maintain accurate and consistent experience content.</li><li>Reviewing matter restrictions and ensure content complies with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3–6 years of experience preferably in a law firm.</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal terminology, case lifecycles, and court processes.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with CRM or experience management systems preferred, such as Salesforce or Foundation.</li><li>Proficiency with generative AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and content transformation.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Resumes may be submitted in confidence to [email protected]</strong></p>
