<p><strong>Leading Real Estate Investment Firm in NYC looking to hire Analyst / Sr Analyst.</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a hybrid of accounting, finance, and portfolio management with high exposure to the front office, at a growing, family-oriented firm.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Firm Overview:</strong></p><p>• Real Estate Investment Firm</p><p>• 100 Employees</p><p>• Very low turnover, promote a lot from within</p><p>• Office in Midtown</p><p>• In office 4x a week</p><p>• Culture – Family Oriented, Very Flat Organization</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>• Role is newly created with the opportunity to make a real impact</p><p>• Blend accounting, finance, and portfolio management work, with high exposure to the front office</p><p>• Partner closely with asset managers, acquisitions, and senior leadership to support investment and portfolio decisions</p><p>• Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level performance, including budget-to-actual variances, operating results, and key drivers</p><p>• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio</p><p>• Prepare and review fund and investor reporting, working with the accounting and fund teams to keep numbers accurate and timely</p><p>• Build and maintain financial models and supporting analyses to track performance and inform decisions</p><p>• Contribute to fund-raising and investor materials as the firm raises new funds</p><p><br /></p>
