Taleo Functional Analyst

<p>Please review the below job Description</p><p><strong>Taleo Functional Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Location :Seattle, WA </strong></p><p><strong>Summary:</strong> Lead functional design, configuration and testing of Oracle Taleo Recruiting and its integration with PeopleSoft.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead fit/gap analysis sessions with business subject matter experts</li><li>Prepare configuration documents, functional design documents, functional test scripts and training materials</li><li>Design, configure and test Taleo and related PeopleSoft modules or integrated products</li><li>Support integration between Taleo and PeopleSoft HCM</li></ul><p><strong>Required skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Taleo functional consultant (Recruiting)</li><li>Experience with fit/gap analysis, configuration and test execution</li><li>Ability to produce clear functional documentation and training materials</li><li>Strong communication skills with HR stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong> 5+ years of Taleo functional experience; experience with Taleo to PeopleSoft HCM integrations</p><p><br /></p>
