PL/SQL Developer

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Data Developer</strong> to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in <strong>Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and data warehousing and analytics</strong> and a proven ability to <strong>deliver actionable insights, automate data processes, and resolve complex data issues to support business decisions</strong>.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for finance, risk, and operations.</li><li>Write and optimize complex SQL and Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.</li><li>Design and implement reporting solutions and visualizations using SQL and Python.</li><li>Automate manual tasks, data reconciliations, and data quality checks with Python.</li><li>Develop analytical reports and dashboards based on business requirements.</li><li>Resolve complex data issues to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.</li><li>Collaborate with technology and business partners to identify strategic solutions.</li><li>Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to scope, objectives, and enhancements during development and implementation phases for high-impact projects.</li><li>Manage multiple workstreams, drive issue resolution, and support technology solution design.</li><li>Review processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.</li><li>Author architectural proposals, technical solutions, and executive-ready communications.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>8–10 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Data Developer or Data Analytics Lead.</li><li>Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex query design and optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in Python for analytics and automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data warehousing.</li><li>Experience with data analysis, data profiling, and data quality practices.</li><li>Experience mentoring or leading data analysts in a cross-functional setting.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet regulatory deadlines.</li><li>Awareness of AI/ML tools and techniques such as machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Practical experience applying AI/ML in analytics projects.</li><li>Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.</li></ul><p><br /></p>
