<p><strong>.NET AI Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We're looking for a .NET AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and to develop AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and modern Azure services. This role blends full-stack engineering with applied AI/ML to drive application modernization and intelligent automation.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Core and ReactJS</li><li>Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs and microservices</li><li>Create AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and automation solutions</li><li>Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG architectures</li><li>Deploy and manage applications and AI solutions on Azure and Kubernetes</li><li>Develop data pipelines and support model training and inference workloads</li><li>Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards and Responsible AI principles</li><li>Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and support production releases</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET technologies</li><li>Strong skills in .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, C#, and ReactJS</li><li>Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices</li><li>Experience with Azure Cloud Services, Kubernetes, Azure SQL/SQL Server, and CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering and RAG</li><li>Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks</li><li>Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services</li><li>Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including model deployment and monitoring</li><li>Solid grounding in MLOps, Git, and DevOps practices</li><li>Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Azure OpenAI, MLflow, or similar platforms</li><li>Healthcare domain experience</li><li>Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and AI governance frameworks</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><ul><li>Work on real-world AI solutions, not just proofs of concept</li><li>Modern cloud-native stack with Azure and Kubernetes</li><li>A team that embraces AI-assisted development</li><li>Opportunity to mentor others and shape engineering best practices</li></ul><p><br /></p>
