OSS Support Analyst

Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Provide troubleshooting and triaging support for end-user issues.</li><li>Educate users on resolving issues to minimize repeat calls.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in a busy environment while adhering to compliance regulations.</li><li>Complete call logs in Salesforce for each interaction and manage bulk requests.</li><li>Collaborate with Level 2 Production Support for escalated issues.</li><li>Support the rollout of new applications and stay updated on daily communications from management.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Requirements and Technology Experience:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><strong>1-3 years</strong> of experience in a help desk environment.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues using available resources.</li><li>Experience in a busy, stressful environment while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Associate’s or Technical degree.</li><li>3 years of IT experience.</li><li>Knowledge of specific software/hardware.</li><li>Experience in banking or financial services.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Our client is a leading <strong>Banking Industry,</strong> and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
