Senior Application Developer

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Application Developer will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of custom enterprise applications utilized by the business in support of achieving objectives.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Architect, design, and lead the development of custom enterprise applications.</li><li>Set the technical direction for projects, ensuring that all development efforts align with organizational goals and industry best practices.</li><li>Serve as a technical expert within the department, providing strategic input on emerging technologies and tools.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of sophisticated application solutions.</li><li>Manage the full application development lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment and maintenance.</li><li>Drive the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards within the team.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the successful delivery of applications.</li><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to Level I and II developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong></p><p>This role may have some mentoring and training required for junior and mid-level developers.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Seven or more (7+) years of experience in application development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
