<p><strong>Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst -KYC</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite) </strong></p><p><strong>Job Type: Fulltime </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Analyst with strong KYC experience</strong> to work with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology teams to deliver KYC and client onboarding solutions.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document <strong>business requirements</strong> for KYC and client onboarding processes.</li><li>Work closely with <strong>Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology</strong> teams.</li><li>Define <strong>BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications</strong>.</li><li>Analyze and improve <strong>KYC/CDD/EDD</strong> processes and workflows.</li><li>Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management.</li><li>Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.</li><li>Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the <strong>SDLC</strong>.</li><li>Support <strong>UAT</strong>, defect analysis, and business validation.</li><li>Ensure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a <strong>Business Analyst</strong> in Banking/Financial Services.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>KYC / Client Onboarding / AML / CDD / EDD</strong>.</li><li>Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.</li><li>Experience with <strong>BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Experience working in <strong>Agile/Scrum</strong> environments.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>KYC platforms, client lifecycle management, or regulatory technology</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>JIRA/Confluence</strong> or similar tools.</li></ul><p><br /></p>
