You will contribute to technical decisions, improve platform scalability, and help deliver reliable capabilities in a complex business environment.</p><p>Experience with <strong>Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and enterprise integrations</strong> is a strong plus.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What To Expect In This Role</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salesforce Development:</strong> Design, develop, test, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.</li><li><strong>Enterprise Integrations:</strong> Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.</li><li><strong>Solution Architecture:</strong> Develop scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards.</li><li><strong>Technical Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li><strong>Agile Delivery:</strong> Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.</li><li><strong>Code Quality &amp; Testing:</strong> Perform unit testing, code reviews, regression testing, and deployment validation to ensure high-quality releases.</li><li><strong>Technical Documentation:</strong> Create and maintain solution designs, data models, integration specifications, and other technical documentation.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Communicate technical options, manage expectations, and collaborate with business and third-party stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li><strong>4/5+ years of Salesforce development experience.</strong></li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>SOQL/SOSL</strong>, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations.</li><li>Solid understanding of the <strong>Salesforce Security Model</strong>.</li><li>Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment tools.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as <strong>Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps</strong>.</li><li>Experience with testing, code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Salesforce Financial Services Cloud</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>nCino</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>MuleSoft</strong> or other enterprise integration platforms.</li><li>Background in banking or financial services.</li><li>Experience with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Long-term engagement with autonomy and meaningful impact.</li><li>A strategic role within a modern engineering culture.</li><li>Collaborative international teams and strong technical expertise.</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities within Coderio.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Join Coderio?</strong></p><p>At Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.
