We emphasize strong sales execution and effective business development to drive sustainable growth.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Sales &amp; Operations Specialist supports revenue growth, customer retention, and business</p><p>development initiatives. This role serves as a key execution bridge between customers, sales activities, internal teams, and external partners, with a focus on sales execution, customer management, and partnership support.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and prospective clients</p><p>• Handle customer inquiries via WeChat, phone, email, and chat platforms; convert inquiries into sales</p><p>• Manage client accounts, including package usage tracking, renewals, and follow-ups</p><p>• Drive membership renewals, package sales, and class enrollments</p><p>• Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction</p><p>• Support sales and business development campaigns and track KPIs</p><p>• Assist with promotional materials and sales-related content</p><p>• Support partnership development, proposal preparation, and execution</p><p>• Coordinate logistics and communication for BD initiatives, events, and programs</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><span>• </span>Applicants must be currently located in the United States and able to work on-site in New York</p><p>City.</p><p>• Bachelor Degree and Above</p><p>• Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Sports Management, or related</p><p>fields</p><p>• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred</p><p>• Strong communication, organization, and execution skills</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>• Competitive compensation: $21–$43/hour</p><p>• Bonuses, commissions, and sponsorship for OPT and H-1B visas</p><p>• Fast growth opportunities in a startup environment</p><p>• Discounted tennis lessons</p><p><br /></p>
