We work closely with our IT and Engineering clients to identify talented professionals for a variety of technical and engineering positions across multiple locations.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:</p><p>Position: Capital Market Analyst</p><p>Location: Dallas or Tampa, FL (Remote)</p><p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p><p>Experience: 3+</p><p><br /></p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Capital Markets Analyst or Senior-level professional</strong> with strong <strong>Business-Purpose Lending (BPL)</strong> experience and exposure to <strong>DSCR and investor-purpose lending</strong>.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Prescreen DSCR loans and support pricing decisions based on investor guidelines.</li><li>Manage <strong>loan locking</strong> and the end-to-end loan sale process from commitment through delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain <strong>investor relationships</strong> and negotiate sale agreements.</li><li>Support pricing frameworks, product strategy, and program scalability.</li><li>Monitor pipeline performance, fallout, and risk indicators.</li><li>Provide market and investor feedback to leadership.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Lending Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>DSCR</li><li>Fix &amp; Flip</li><li>Ground-Up Construction</li><li>Bridge Lending</li><li>RTL (Residential Transition Loans)</li><li>Secondary Market / Loan Sale Execution</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.</li><li><strong>2–5+ years</strong> in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>DSCR underwriting, collateral, credit, and risk pricing</strong>.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.</li><li><strong>Established investor network</strong> is highly valuable for senior-level candidates.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Equal Employment Opportunity</p><p>PrimeBridge Workforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
