<p><strong>Client Account Coordinator</strong></p><p><strong>REMOTE – U.S.</strong></p><p>ImpactBio is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused <strong>Client Account Coordinator</strong> to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Program Leads to support client programs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and wants to grow within a dynamic life sciences organization.</p><p><strong>In This Role, You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Program Leads to support day-to-day client account management and program execution</li><li>Maintain and manage program rosters, including tracking headcount, territory assignments, onboarding/offboarding status, and organizational updates</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and ongoing support</li><li>Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on action items</li><li>Partner with internal teams including recruiting, operations, training, and leadership to support client needs</li><li>Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation across internal systems</li><li>Monitor account activity and proactively identify and resolve issues</li><li>Prepare client reports, meeting materials, status updates, and presentations</li><li>Support onboarding, scheduling, project coordination, and operational initiatives</li><li>Help ensure a high level of client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail</li><li>Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required</li><li>Prior experience in account coordination, client services, customer support, project coordination, or related field preferred</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams</li><li>Professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-service mindset</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>Strong time management and follow-through skills</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off</li><li>Remote work environment with flexibility</li><li>A collaborative culture where your contributions make a visible impact</li><li>Opportunity for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Exposure to a diverse portfolio of life sciences and healthcare clients</li><li>The opportunity to be part of a high-performing and rapidly growing organization</li></ul><p><strong>About ImpactBio</strong></p><p>At ImpactBio, we launch and scale teams differently—and it shows.
