<p>Our client, a contemporary women's ready-to-wear brand, is seeking a Senior Digital Graphic Designer to join their team in NYC!</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute marketing-driven design across campaigns, emails, social, web, paid media, lookbooks, and presentations</li><li>Take ownership of projects, proactively suggesting creative solutions</li><li>Maintain brand consistency while exploring bold, innovative design approaches</li><li>Manage multiple priorities on a daily basis with an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset</li><li>Own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, production, and external partners</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries when appropriate</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Fashion industry experience required</li><li>Skilled in AI and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)</li><li>Experience with email platforms (Listrak/Klaviyo)</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable taking initiative, leading projects, and driving results</li><li>Experience designing for digital-first marketing channels, including email, social, and e-commerce</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently</li><li>A portfolio that demonstrates elevated taste, brand consistency, and marketing impact</li></ul><p><br /></p>
