<p>Hiring: Data Analyst – AI / Machine Learning</p><p>Location: Seattle, WA</p><p>Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week</p><p>Pay: $34/hr W2</p><p>Contract: 10/12/2026 – 12/31/2026</p><p>We’re hiring a Data Analyst to support a Machine Learning Science team working on conversational AI products used for search, recommendations, shopping, planning, and customer assistance.</p><p>This role is focused on evaluating AI-generated responses, annotating and classifying data against defined guidelines, identifying quality issues and trends, and turning findings into actionable insights for the ML team.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated responses against defined guidelines and quality metrics</li><li>Perform data annotation, labeling, and classification</li><li>Conduct quality reviews and identify inconsistencies or recurring issues</li><li>Analyze large, complex, and sometimes ambiguous datasets</li><li>Identify patterns and trends within evaluation results</li><li>Use Python and Jupyter Notebook for data analysis</li><li>Document findings and clearly communicate insights to technical teams</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>2+ years of relevant data analysis, annotation, quality evaluation, or similar experience preferred</li><li>Hands-on experience with data annotation, labeling, or classification</li><li>Experience performing quality checks or evaluations against established guidelines</li><li>Python and Jupyter Notebook experience</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excel or Google Sheets experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and written communication skills</li><li>Basic SQL is a plus</li><li>Experience or interest in AI, machine learning, conversational AI, or LLM evaluation is highly preferred</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity for someone interested in combining data analysis with hands-on AI and machine learning evaluation.</p><ul><li>Apply or message me directly if interested.</li></ul>
