Data Analyst

<p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Technical Data Analyst provides high-level support to a team of attorneys by processing and managing data in Salesforce. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce, Python, Excel &amp;Power BI.</p><p><br /></p><p>The position serves as the key point of contact for both internal and external clients and acts as a liaison between the attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, be results-driven, exercise good judgment, and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision at high levels of professionalism.</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technical data analyst or specialist or similar role</p><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred</p><p>Proficiency with Salesforce, Python, and PowerBI.</p><p><br /></p><p>Skills &amp; Competencies:</p><p>Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize workload, and work well under pressure</p><p>Self-starter, forward-thinking, action-oriented, and focused</p><p>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well in a team as well as work independently</p><p>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively</p><p>Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>Learns quickly to adapt to new situations</p>
