Field Service Specialist

<p>The Order Processing Specialist manages customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include validating order data, scheduling orders based on production capacity, maintaining ship dates and order status in SAP and Symmetry, coordinating engineering activities, resolving planning issues and customer complaints, and escalating risks that could affect delivery.</p><p><br /></p><p>The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and experience in order management, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. Strong SAP ERP, advanced Excel, data analysis, organization, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills are required.</p>
