Business Development Representative

<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><p><br /></p><p>· Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to generate brand awareness, promote our cybersecurity solutions, and most importantly, schedule first-time appointments with potential clients.</p><p>· Log all leads and calls into HubSpot.</p><p>· Develop extensive knowledge of the Managed Service Provider Community.</p><p>· Manage prioritization of weekly to do lists and communicate status of initiatives.</p><p>· Communicate and collaborate with revenue operations.</p><p>· Oversee quality assurance within service delivery.</p><p>· Other duties as assigned.</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br /></p><p>· A determined self-starter capable of delivering results consistently</p><p>· Experience working in the tech sector or in one of various roles: development or sales, is preferred, but not required.</p><p>· Background in the “MSP” industry is preferred, but not required.</p><p>· Integrity, advocacy skills and strong leadership experience.</p><p>· Ability to problem-solve effectively and expediently to meet the needs of leads/ clients.</p><p>· Ability to collaborate with leads in a manner that promotes excellence, efficiency, and top-notch customer service.</p><p>· Superior organization and communication skills with all stakeholders.</p><p>· Experience being a self-starter that shows initiative and can work independently.</p><p>· Ability to identify potential opportunities and problems, prioritize appropriately and manage stakeholders accordingly.</p><p>· Excellent communication, written and verbal are vital for communication via phone, chat,</p><p>· and email.</p><p>· Previous work experience in a sales role is a plus</p><p>· Be customer focused</p><p><br /></p><p>Training and Development</p><p><br /></p><p>· Employees benefit from our comprehensive sales training program designed to foster sales skills and knowledge essential for success at CyberFOX</p><p><br /></p><p>Compensation</p><p><br /></p><p>· Health Insurance</p><p>· Vision &amp; Dental Insurance</p><p>· PTO</p><p><br /></p><p>Working Conditions</p><p><br /></p><p>· Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm ET</p><p>· Professional office environment or home environment if restrictions prevent open access to an office environment.</p>
