Ad Agency </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Social Media Coordinator </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About the Role: </strong>As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies for our clients, helping them grow brand awareness, strengthen their marketing, and drive real traffic to their businesses.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p><ul><li>Lead client meetings to align on strategy and share progress</li><li>Create and publish customized organic and paid content</li><li>Grow and manage the social presence of a portfolio of 80+ small business clients</li><li>Analyze performance reports and share insights with your CGI teammates</li><li>Stay current on the latest platforms, tools, and social media trends</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot Facebook and Meta technical issues</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics and KPIs</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Meta Certification / Facebook Blueprint Certification</li><li>1-2 years paid social media marketing experience</li><li>1-2 years of client experience</li><li>Experience using Sprout Social and Canva</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Starting Base Salary Range: </strong><em>$43,000 - $45,000</em></li><li>Eligible for performance based commission and bonuses</li><li><strong>Benefits</strong>: Dental, Health, Vision, 401k, Employee Wellness Platform, Paid Family Leave, Basic Life Insurance, PTO</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Join Us: </strong>Join a fast-growing team that helps hundreds of small businesses thrive in their communities through smart, creative marketing.
