Senior Business Analyst

<p>Tasks &amp; Duties</p><p>• Develop system design specifications and documentation</p><p>• Develops and prepares documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches.</p><p>• Develops workflow and business flow charts documents using MS Visio, MS Projects and MS office products.</p><p>• Develops Functional Requirements for Case processing and Case Management related Systems.</p><p>• Develop detailed systems operations designs.</p><p>• Develops appropriate Test plan for various integration testing and unit testing.</p><p>• Production Implementation process and postproduction support</p><p>• Work as a liaison between users and programmers</p><p>• Works with system and Support staff (e.g managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program application implementation, enhancements and changes</p><p>• Attends and represents the team for various meetings</p><p>• Writes detailed summaries of meetings and issues.</p><p>• Deals with multiple City Agencies</p><p>• Provides assistance to System and Support technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves</p><p>• Provides general programming assistance to other System and Support programmers/projects as may be needed</p><p><br /></p><p>Required Skills</p><p>A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:</p><p>• Designing workflow systems</p><p>• Developing functional specifications, knowledge of structured design tools, working knowledge of PROJECT</p><p>• MS-Office Suite – MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, Visio</p><p>• Writing Functional report specifications</p><p>• Working with government human service agencies</p><p>• Jira</p><p><br /></p><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.</p>
