Entry Level Customer Service Representative

<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>Insight Global is seeking an CSR for its client who is a national utilities company. This role will be located in Miami, Florida.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include The Following: </strong></p><ul><li>Communication and follow up with customers creating a relationship that makes the individual feel like they are the most important and top priority</li><li>Manage all aspects of customer accounts, to include research and resolution of billing issues.</li><li>Use problem solving techniques to resolve issues, know when to engage others</li><li>Use of a ERP</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p><ul><li>0-5 years of Customer Service Experience </li><li>A good listener, ability to solve problems with minimal supervision</li><li>High energy and proactive when a customer needs assistance, often delivering more than what was required</li><li>Strong team concept skills required</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; strong time management and strong organizational skills required</li><li>Ability to prioritize work projects</li><li>Flexible, interested in trying new techniques; coachable</li></ul><p><br /></p>
