Senior Data Analyst

<p><strong>DATA ANALYST</strong></p><p>Location: Miami, FL or Austin, TX</p><p>Work Arrangement: Hybrid — onsite 4 days per week</p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Analytics &amp; Reporting team at a wealth management company. This role will build reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that support Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and other enterprise teams.</p><p><br /></p><p>The ideal candidate is strong in SQL and Tableau, has experience with modern data tools such as dbt and Databricks, and can turn business needs into clear, reliable analytics.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics in Tableau.</p><p>- Use SQL to analyze, validate, and transform data from multiple business systems.</p><p>- Build and support data models and transformation workflows using dbt and Databricks.</p><p>- Partner with Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.</p><p>- Support recurring financial, operational, workforce, compliance, and risk reporting.</p><p>- Improve reporting processes through automation, documentation, and data-quality checks.</p><p>- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics engineering.</p><p>- Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, aggregations, and data validation.</p><p>- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau; Power BI, Qlik, or Looker experience may be considered.</p><p>- Experience with dbt or similar data-transformation tools such as Dataform, SQLMesh, or Coalesce.</p><p>- Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, or another cloud data platform.</p><p>- Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and reporting best practices.</p><p>- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders.</p><p>- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or another regulated industry is a plus.</p>
