This individual must be a well-rounded designer with intelligent design skills and a refined sense of detail.</p><p><br /></p><p>This position will work directly with our art directors, senior designers, and account leads on a variety of projects. This includes advertising campaigns, production design, promotional creative, digital assets, and more. A successful candidate will be organized, dependable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented; able to work both autonomously and as part of a team; and able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously <em>with ease</em>. You will be responsible for taking briefs from account executives and senior artists and working across a wide range of projects.</p><p><br /></p><p>What kind of clients, you ask...we predominantly work in the hospitality space with hotels, casinos, entertainment destinations, and a few boutique DTC brands.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>PERKS INCLUDE:</strong> full health benefits, 401k, in-house coffee bar, gym, art gallery, located in the heart of La Jolla.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is an in-office role located in La Jolla, CA. You must have spirit and grit, care about creating great work, and love going above and beyond what's expected.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare files for print and web</li><li>Work within established brand systems while still finding opportunities to make the work fresh, engaging, and visually strong</li><li>Create design solutions for our various clients, including but not limited to print, web, TV, social, environmental, creative campaigns, and daily creative requests</li><li>Design and work on your own projects while multitasking with the team on various other projects</li><li>Work in conjunction with different teams on collaborative projects</li><li>Work on various hospitality experiences from casinos, hotels, restaurants, products, and destinations</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:</strong></p><ul><li>1–5 years of professional design experience; agency experience preferred.
