Google Ads Coordinator

<p>We’re looking for a<strong> driven and client-focused Google Ads Coordinator</strong> who’s excited to help small businesses grow through smart, high-impact digital advertising. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and lead the charge on strategic Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Local Services. You’ll play a key role in not only driving performance, but also helping expand the reach of our growing Google Ads division.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>For a Google Ads Coordinator, a typical day might look like…</strong></p><ul><li>Building, launching, and managing goal-oriented Google Ads campaigns</li><li>Continuously optimizing ads, bids, targeting, and landing pages to drive better results</li><li>Checking tags in Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and performance reporting</li><li>Communicating directly with your clients—guiding them through their campaign success</li><li>Preparing and presenting clear, data-driven performance reports</li><li>Collaborating with Sales and Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities and support new proposals</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>This job might be for you if…</strong></p><ul><li>You thrive on data, analysis, and figuring out what makes campaigns perform</li><li>You’re passionate about helping small businesses succeed in a competitive digital landscape</li><li>You can manage multiple clients and projects without breaking a sweat</li><li>You have 1–2+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, or Local Services)</li><li>You’re certified in Google Ads—or ready to get certified right away</li><li>You’re growth-minded and excited by the potential to build your own book of business</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Perks</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Starting Base Salary:</strong> $43,000 - $45,000</li><li><strong>Bonus Potential:</strong> Up to $25,000+ annually through client retention, upsells, and team performance</li><li><strong>Total Comp Range:</strong> $48,000–$70,000 annually</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Family Leave, PTO, Basic Life Insurance, Employee Wellness Platform, and more</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Top performers may be eligible for promotion to Senior Coordinator within two years—with higher bonuses and added leadership opportunities.</p>
