Ecommerce &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist<p><strong>Full-Time | On-Site | Manchester, NJ</strong></p>About the Role<p>We are a growing wholesale and eCommerce company in the toy and costume industry looking for a hands-on <strong>Ecommerce &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist</strong> to help grow our online business and support marketing across multiple brands.</p><p>We sell through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Faire, and other online channels, as well as to wholesale customers and major retailers.</p><p>We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and focused on driving growth across ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, and wholesale.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Help develop and execute strategies to grow Shopify and overall ecommerce sales</li><li>Manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence</li><li>Manage and grow our Faire wholesale marketplace</li><li>Maintain and grow our social media presence across multiple brands</li><li>Create and coordinate social media content and promotions</li><li>Support email marketing and customer retention campaigns</li><li>Assist with Google Ads and other digital advertising</li><li>Support Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace initiatives</li><li>Optimize product listings, content, images, and promotions</li><li>Support wholesale marketing, including email campaigns, sales materials, and seasonal launches</li><li>Monitor performance and identify new opportunities for growth</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of social media and current digital trends</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and platforms</li><li>Creative, analytical, and able to take ownership</li></ul><p><strong>Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central/PPC, Google Ads, Faire, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut, or B2B/wholesale marketing is a strong plus.</strong></p>Who Succeeds Here<p>Someone who is proactive, hands-on, and focused on growth and results.</p><p>This is an opportunity to take ownership across multiple ecommerce and marketing channels and help grow our brands.</p><ul><li><strong>This is a full-time, on-site position in Manchester, NJ.</strong></li></ul>
