You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Outstanding performance is regularly recognized, including significant awards-travel.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for in a leader:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles.
