I</strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Account Opening &amp; Maintenance Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Cohoes, NY</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6-month contract With high extension possiblity</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $26/hour</p><p>Job Description</p><ul><li>Review and process account opening requests, set up accounts in internal systems, and generate client documentation.</li><li>Coordinate and complete team-specific operational tasks as requested by the business.</li><li>Work across multiple systems and platforms to support daily operations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and answer policy-related questions.</li><li>Provide operational support and assist with special projects as needed.</li><li>Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues appropriately.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance.</li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Flexible and able to perform well under pressure in a team environment.</li><li>Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul><p>Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Business.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>About us:</p><p> Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
