Senior Benefits Specialist

<p>Our client is a premier law firm. They seek a Senior Benefits Specialist to join their Manhattan, NY office.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day administration of the firm's employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and wellbeing queries, providing expert advice and resolving issues promptly</li><li>Coordinate annual benefits renewals, provider relationships, benchmarking activities, and the implementation of new or enhanced benefits</li><li>Develop, deliver, and evaluate the firm's annual wellbeing program, covering physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing initiatives</li><li>Lead wellbeing campaigns, events, training sessions, and communications to increase employee engagement and awareness of available support</li><li>Analyze benefits utilization, wellbeing metrics, employee feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement</li><li>Produce regular reports and insights for HR leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness</li><li>Ensure benefits and wellbeing programs comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, firm policies, and data privacy standards</li><li>Manage benefits and wellbeing projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, implementation, and post-launch evaluation</li><li>Build effective relationships with HR colleagues, Payroll, Finance, external providers, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of the firm's people strategy</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant experience from a law firm, non-profit, or investment firm</li><li>Benefits experience required</li><li>Insurance claims experience required</li><li>Experience delivering PowerPoint presentations</li><li>HRIS system experience, preferably Peoplesoft</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>JobID: 48468</p>
