<p><strong>Title: Lead Business Analyst (W2 Only)</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire </strong></p><p><strong>Client Location: Saint Petersburg, FL </strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>Lead Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, with strong expertise in Wealth Management / Asset Management.</p><p><br /></p><p>Strong Wealth Management domain expertise with the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across portfolio management, investment research, trading, and wealth solutions.</p><p><br /></p><p>Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management, Portfolio Rebalancing, Advisory/AMS, Discretionary &amp; Non-Discretionary investment offerings.</p><p><br /></p><p>Strong knowledge of investment products including Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, SMA, UMA, and related trading workflows.</p><p><br /></p><p>Combination of Functional + Technical Business Analysis skills, partnering closely with Product, UI/UX, Developers, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.</p><p><br /></p><p>Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, data mapping, and functional documentation.</p><p><br /></p><p>Hands-on SQL and data analysis experience, including querying databases to research data, troubleshoot issues, and support business decisions; JSON/API/Postman knowledge is a plus.</p><p><br /></p><p>Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management, story prioritization, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives, UAT, and implementation support.</p><p><br /></p><p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration.</p>
