You think strategically &amp; have conviction in your design choices.</li><li>Are an early adopter of AI products &amp; are excited about crafting an UX that is personalized, empathetic and adaptive.</li><li>Are interested in having more product roadmap involvement.</li><li>Embody Alta’s values:</li></ul><ol><li>Trustworthiness: We believe in acting with high-integrity.</li><li>Work hard: We work hard &amp; take ownership in building the best product.</li><li>Continuous improvement: We are constantly learning and shipping.</li><li>Customer obsession: We all talk to users.</li></ol><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Craft beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology.</li><li>Conduct user research &amp; experiments to understand user behaviors and motivations.</li><li>Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Provide design assistance to marketing &amp; social media roadmaps.</li><li>Stay updated with Alta community &amp; apply feedback to designs.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>4+ years of UX product design experience working on a consumer mobile-first product, ideally at an early stage startup.</li><li>Can both hack together prototypes quickly, as well as make pixel-perfect hifi designs.</li><li>Experience creating a design system. Expert proficiency in Figma.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of user research.</li><li>Have touched brand design and spend time thinking about colors, textures, iconography, and how beautiful landing pages can tell a story &amp; how high-end brands build their status.</li><li>Excited about productivity tools, shopping.</li><li>Familiar with AI tools and products, ideally worked on AI features.</li></ul><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Experience designing a consumer AI product &amp; have thought deeply about related questions, such as how to design a product that makes users feel successful &amp; listened to by the AI.</li><li>Experience with 3D or animation.</li><li>Experience with video content (Tiktok, Youtube, etc.)</li><li>Front-end coding skills, or use AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>In-person (NYC)</li><li>Company covered lunch and snacks</li><li>Competitive package ($175-250k base + Alta equity + healthcare benefits).
