Travel Customer Service Representative

<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><ul><li>Duration: 06-Jul-2026 - 29-Jan-2027.</li><li>Position is 100% remote.</li><li>Manager is open to all US time zones.</li><li>Training will be 9 - 530pm EST.</li><li>Once training is completed, the remainder of the contract will be 1130am - 8pm EST.</li><li>OT may be offered for weekends, but this is a Monday - Friday position.</li><li>Target Start: June 29th </li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do On a Typical Day</strong></p><ul><li>Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)</li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy is extremely important</li><li>Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services</li><li>Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, car, rail, and hotel accommodations</li><li>Use of Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDSs)</li><li>Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs</li><li>Native GDS expertise Sabre</li><li>Three -Five Years of Corporate Entertainment Travel preferred.</li><li>Professional communication (written and verbal)</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information</li><li>Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, entertainment travel.</li><li>Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier</li><li>Teamwork and open to feedback</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p><ul><li>$25-30/hr (W2-Non-Exempt) </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p><ul><li>$25-30/hr (W2-Non-Exempt)</li></ul>
