You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide support to the team by assisting applicants with employment applications.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and answer heavy call volume, address question and route calls to appropriate staff or take messages.</li><li>Enter candidate information to ensure database is up-to-date.</li><li>Assist applicants with completing applications, assist with screening applicants for eligibility requirements and collecting appropriate documentation; verify information, make copies of documents, and administer tests.</li><li>Ensure accurate training eligibility information is communicated to candidates</li><li>Schedule intake appointments.</li><li>Provide assistance at the reception area; answer calls and provide switchboard services.</li><li>Handle verification process and ensure eligibility is confirmed.</li><li>Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 1 - 3 years' of customer service experience</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>
