Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service &amp; Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our team.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in both English and Spanish, providing assistance via phone, email, or in person.</li><li>Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and other insurance-related matters.</li><li>Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and provide recommendations based on their needs.</li><li>Handle policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.</li><li>Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining client documentation.</li><li>Cross-sell accounts</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English – fluency in both languages is required.</li><li>Previous customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).</li><li>Previous sales experience </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally in both languages.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Fast Learner</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.</li><li>Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.</li><li>Proficient in using computer programs and comfortable learning new systems.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>CA Property &amp; Casualty Insurance license is required.</p><p>(Active License or willing to obtain within the first 30 days)</p>
