<p><strong>Marketing Specialist | EMMA International</strong></p><p>EMMA International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our global consulting brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about translating complex regulatory and quality concepts into compelling marketing content.</p><p><br /></p><p>You will play a key role in strengthening EMMA’s brand presence, supporting business development efforts, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our consulting services across the life sciences industry.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support EMMA’s service offerings and growth objectives</li><li>Create high-quality marketing content, including thought leadership, case studies, social media posts, and client-facing materials</li><li>Partner closely with the business development and consulting teams to align marketing initiatives with sales strategy and client engagement goals</li><li>Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and client relationships</li><li>Manage and grow EMMA’s online presence, including LinkedIn and website content</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights</li><li>Support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral to drive new business opportunities</li><li>Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders through targeted marketing initiatives</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li><li>1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within life sciences, consulting, or a regulated industry</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, compelling messaging</li><li>Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms (LinkedIn strongly preferred)</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Join EMMA International</strong></p><p>At EMMA International, you will be part of a growing global consulting firm at the forefront of regulatory compliance, quality, and life sciences innovation.
